    Matt Von Ohlen: a great man, beloved by all, killed on 2 July 2016 by a hit-and-run driver while cycling in the bike lane in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. We were friends since high school. His is one of the great faces. See you in our starry home, my friend. You are missed.
